Walked into work today, got another compliment about my weight loss.

Home from work. Enough time to wash and press uniform for court, mix a neo shake, take trash can to the curb for collection, and maybe..maybe get some sleep for an hour.

Then court, come home...maybe get some sleep and then training.

Why does growing up and being responsible suck so much energy?
